  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. This will be noted on the product page.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewelry and clothing from Clay N Cloth Creations. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


โœ… Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • All original tags, certificates (if applicable), and accessories must be included.

  • A proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.


๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items (including engraved jewelry)

  • Earrings (due to hygiene concerns)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30ย days of delivery.

  • Contact usย to confirm availability before sending your item.

  • The customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  2. Weโ€™ll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Repackage your item securely (preferably in its original packaging).

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, weโ€™ll issue a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days of receiving the item.

  • A restocking fee may apply for high-value items (typically waived for first-time customers).
